Who we are

About Katherine

Katherine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and Vermont (virtually). She has dedicated her career to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 4 to 30) as they navigate life’s challenges. With a background in community-based settings, individual counseling, and crisis intervention, Katherine has worked extensively with families, high-risk individuals, and those experiencing significant emotional distress.

She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, misophonia, life transitions, and school or work-related difficulties. Katherine takes a client-centered approach, believing that therapy should be a collaborative and supportive process where individuals feel safe to explore their emotions and challenges. She meets each client where they are, tailoring treatment to their unique needs while helping them develop coping skills, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Katherine’s work is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families thrive. Whether supporting a young child struggling with emotional regulation, an adolescent facing academic or social stress, or a young adult navigating major life decisions, she provides a compassionate and structured space for growth and healing.

If you’re seeking a therapist who values connection, understanding, and meaningful progress, Katherine is here to help.
